In my trucking industry, large corporations routinely mislead, deceive, & abuse workers by turning them into psuedo owner- operators, so the company can pass on all their costs & economic risk onto the former employee.
I will have much more on that later, after we complete our mission statement research, get feedback & bring it into fruition.
