It’s hard to keep up with all of the latest and greatest trends in communications technology without first getting a good sense of the basics. Here we will share with you the programs, websites, phones and applications that allowed us to get to this point, once that is covered we will be pointing to new trends, gadgets and more.
Arachnophilia – is a careware program that was realease years and years ago, it helps you to learn HTML coding while you code. It also makes it easy to tell coding apart from text by colorcoding your html. The creator has kept up with updating and it is now much more powerful than when I started using it.
GIMP – is an open source program that allows you to much of the things you can do with Photoshop and it’s free! In the Open Source tradition many people are pitching in to create extra bruhes, filters, patterns and more. So be sure to check their website for extra features once you get used to using it. It’s not perfect but it’s getting there.
Webmonkey – whenever I get stuck with a coding issue I check Webmonkey, you can learn pretty much eveything you need to about coding there.
cnet – looking for a new gadget or professional software? cnet has the most extensive reviews of technology I’ven been able to find.
ComputerShopper – decided on a system and looking for the best price? Check out ComputerShopper, you can learn a lot just by reading thorough the various options, upgrades and components as well.
AddThis – Welcome to one of the best ideas ever in social media technology, it allows anyone to share your stories on any of their online social groups. It allows anyone’s ideas to instantly spread into a much stronger force. Simply register then copy the coding into your blog, a hosted WordPress blog has issues with their coding but WordPRess resolved the issue by still allowing the image and hyperlink to work.
twitter – twitter is like a global CB for the internet, well not quite global but they are working on that. It allows for small groups to work together on any number of on the ground projects in real time, the ways to use twitter are just being discovered actually.
